It’s called the Kinniku Mouse, cute huh? Well, not so cute when you see what this thing does! It apparently uses 4 little electrode pads to shock and stimulate your muscles as you work on the computer.

Translated to English, the name of the gadget is “Muscle Mouse.” It uses EMS technology (Electrical Muscle Stiumlation) to relax you for the long hard workday. From the translation it’s hard to see exactly how it’s powered, but it appears to either be from the movement of the mouse, or actually powered by the USB port. (Or a combination of both - the movement of the mouse activated the current which is powered by the USB port). The Japanese come up with some cool stuff!

Read on for more pictures of the Muscle Mouse.

Digital picture frames are actually very practical, one frame to display unlimited pictures, instead of just one. Plus, most can play video, support expandable memory, and have RF remote controls. Until recently, you’d be setting up your 7 inch digital frame on a mantel or table, but now you can mount a 32 inch high resolution LCD on your wall dedicated to displaying your home pictures and videos at 1366×768.The frame can also playback video with sound, including MPEG, MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4, WMA and AVI files, at their native resolutions with sound on it’s built in speakers..

OptiPix’s SP3200 wide screen 32″ digital photo frame is sure to turn some heads for your home visitors. It supports most of today’s memory cards, and no computer is needed to set it up or change the options since they’re all done via the 100′ range RF remote control. (In case the frame is somewhere far from reach).

Most 32″ high definition wide screen LCD’s come at a steep price, but all things considered, the $839.99 you’d drop on this frame is quite a deal (although, it’s still just a picture frame…) Unfortunately you can;t use it as a PC monitor, nor does it have any inputs at all except for it’s media card slots and power input (you didn’t think it’d run off of batteries, did you?)

Find it at Gadgeta.

It’s about time we see a touch screen remote watch! For some reason I always get a kick out of “mysteriously” changing people’s channels or randomly switching on the television. The watch can be programmed to a few different brands of TV’s at a time, and supports a wide variety of brands overall.

The watch itself is fully functional, with a stopwatch, alarm and of course it tells time. The remote functions allow you to change the channel, volume, or switch the device on and off. It’s backlit with a white LED for those midnight covert operations, but don’t even try sneaking around during the day with this guy as it’d be the equivalent of trying to sneak around with a refrigerator strapped to your wrist. In other words, this thing is… huge. But all in all, a cool gadget idea. It comes in either black or silver, ships worldwide for 3 bucks, and is only a mere $14.99.

Features:

Fashionable Design

Alarm and Time function

Easy code setting for TV remote control

Volume, Channel adjustment and power on/off function for several TV brands

Stop watch function included

Many kinds of TV and VCD can be remote controlled

Using CR2032 battery cell (Battery included)

White LED Back Light

And until now, there has never actually been anything to back up the “prototypes” or ideas. Optoma has finally changed that by introducing their portable handheld projector called ‘Pico’ made for a wide range of mobile devices from iPhone, to many other smart phones and PDAs. They have a world wide release date set in 2009. Yeah, that’s right, a release date!

The device is based on DLP technology ensuring high picture quality and contrast, and uses LED lighting, guaranteeing a bright, colorful image. Plus, it’s tiny: small enough to fit in your pants pocket. The product will be first shown at Texas Instrument’s InfoComm 2008, close to it’s limited release in Europe, before it’s worldwide 2009 release.

Skin-tenna is a technology that can be used for today’s high tech medical devices or personal gadgets, or both! It’s based on the conductivity of the human skin. Ever touch those old rabit ears on top of the T.V., or a loop antenna from your stereo and notice improved clarity? Well this is sort of the same principal. It uses a device to transmit signals harmlessly over the skin.

This type of technology is especially crucial for health benefiting technology such as pacemakers since they no longer need to waste electicity on power hungry protocols such as Bluetooth. Skin-tenna uses the body’s natural energy!
